Goodbye Again

Yes, I am leaving again. I am leaving for Montana on Thursday. I am leaving to take care of business, ostensibly, but I am so happy to be able to be with my sisters, all but one. LaVerne is not going since they have just come back from watching Terra run in a race (and win!) and are going to Washington again to watch her graduate.

I plan to sit with Eunice and make her custard and feed her and talk to her and laugh with her and admire her new digs. I plan to visit Marlyn and look at her beautiful yard and look at all the works of art she has made. I plan to be with Anita and Bob and listen to how they are feeling and doing. I also plan to go and visit Lyla somehow. I want to spend some time with her.

Mmmm is completely able to care for himself and he will care for Ms. Callie too. I will miss them both but as we age, the time with those whose health is fragile become more precious, so I count as a treasure all the hours I can be with my sisters.

And so Goodbye until June.
