How time flies. Here's what Merryl looked like when I first met her:

Actually, that's a picture of Laurie and me on the first day that we met in 1986 - at a horse show in Simi Valley, California. Merryl is that bump under Laurie's "Mammoth" sweatshirt - about two months before her arrival!

And now she is all grown up, attending her first prom, wearing a dress that she made herself:

She is just lovely, and Dave is a lucky guy.
