Learner’s Permit

One always gets a little nervous in Great Britain when there is a car approaching with a large placard with the capital letter “L” on it. This tells you that a learner is driving in the approaching car. As with most learners, there is sometimes a steep learning curve and during that time there may be unexpected problems or difficulties. All this is to warn you that the infinitely patient Ms. Kay is teaching me a new thing – posting pictures on my blog. I have been frustrated because I couldn’t show you the big spider web at the front door like this:
