What's on the nightstand

everything left to do

The nice thing is that much of the communication that emanates from the "terrorist organizations" is just SO unreasonable that it really doesn't require a large amount of commentary:

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (AP) -- A statement attributed to al-Qaeda threatened more attacks in New York and Washington unless America stops supporting Israel and converts to Islam, an Arab TV reporter who received the unsigned document said Saturday.

[Uh huh.]

OK, I know that most of the world has already commented on the whole bizarro Michael Jackson carnival show going on in that Santa Maria courtroom, but *DANG*. That is one seriously mixed up guy. I mean, we've always kind of KNOWN that, but the recent pictures of him at his civil trial show how far off the scale WEIRD he is now. Compare - 1979 versus 2002. Ouch.

MJ - 1979

MJ - 2002

Here's a great film clip that shows the progress of Jacko from cute little boy to...well, whatever he/she is now.

And, a great website called anomalies-unlimited.com that features (among a variety of non-PC topics), "A Photographic History of Michael Jackson's Face - With blithering, yet witty commentary". Funny, funny, funny. The author's hate mail from rabid Michael Jackson fans is also a scream (if you can bear the language).

Off to Bermuda tomorrow for a couple of days. I'll be back Tuesday afternoon - just in time to finish getting ready for Mom and Dad to arrive!
