Last time I looked, I did not live in Seattle. So what is up with this rain? We've had it non-stop for eight days now and believe me, it's getting old. As I was saying to a client this morning, it would be one thing if, when the clouds parted and the sun gleamed, we had a view of Mt. Rainier and the Puget Sound. But when the clouds lift here we get, well, Philadelphia and I-95.
Not a good enough trade.
But it is supposed to clear tomorrow - I hope. We're going to head down to the Jersey shore tonight, so it's either sun and bike riding, or watching TV.
[And the Eagles have a bye week.]
But there is a certain game on this weekend that will be of interest: USC vs. Notre Dame. One of the guys in our office went to ND, so I told him to enjoy the game, even if I can't wish him luck. I just hope the Trojans get off to a better start than they did the past few weeks.
[BEAT!! THE IRISH!!]
